We are locally owned and care about our employees and customers. We also offer a service that can be cheaper than driving yourself or renting a car! The cost to drive and park at Charlotte Airport is expensive. You'll likely put 160-200 miles round trip on your car, aging it prematurely. Let us drop you off curbside at the airport instead of having to worry about parking, fees, weather, traffic, and logging the miles on your own car. Charlotte Airport made easy!

This is our newest offer and quite frankly our best offering! We will pick you up at your home, business, hotel or anywhere in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point NC, or many other cities in the Triad area, and bring you to and from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport for a low price! The price is good the whole family (up to 4 passengers)! This is the most convenient and best value door to door transportation for the Triad area we offer. Take advantage of our low cost service to or from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
We also provide upscale transportation for clients in need of a private car service. It works by selecting your pickup & drop-off location along with your desired time. This service is great for those looking to travel to or from Charlotte Airport in a traditional black car.
Our luggage policy is similar to the airlines. Two pieces of luggage are permitted per passenger along with 1 lap size piece of luggage (e.g. briefcase, purse, or backpack). Luggage cannot exceed 50 pounds per piece and can be no larger than 75 inches when adding the length, width, & height of the suitcase. Each additional piece of luggage may be subject to a fee.
No pets are allowed other than service animals. Please make your reservation by phone if you are traveling with a service animal by calling 704-238-3204, we will not allow an internet reservation if you are traveling with an animal.
Children must remain in a child seat according to federal, state, & local laws. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide any applicable seating requirements. We will provide or store your child seat for a fee of $19 per seat provided or stored. Please speak to our customer support about renting child seats. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Item's sometimes get left behind and we do our best to secure them when possible. We are not responsible for finding or returning lost items. Please remember to gather all your belongings before disembarking the van. In the event you think something was lost, call us at 704-238-3204.
Delays are common and sometimes people miss a flight, no need to worry! We'll book you on the next available departing shuttle. If you are unable to be at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time, please call us at 704-238-3204.
24 hours notice prior to your scheduled reservation time must be given to receive a refund. No refunds will be provided for any other reason unless we are unable to perform the trip. We are not responsible for weather, road, or airline delays so please leave yourself plenty of time and flexibility to have the best possible experience.
Thank you for considering this question as the drivers work hard for tips. The typical gratuity is between between $10-$20. Gratuity is left up to the customer's philosophy.
Sometimes the shuttle makes stops, this is how we remain competitively priced. Often times there are no stops, but if there are then we dispatch them in real time according to the fastest route, making it convenient for our customers and our logistics.
